The eighth day of July in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and thirty four.
On which Day appeared personally William FRODSHAM of Duke Street, St. Helens, Parish of Prescott,
in the County of Lancaster and Diocese of Chester, watchmaker and, being sworn on the Holy Evangelists, alledged and made
Oath as follows: - That he is of the Age of trenty one Years and upwards, and a Bachelor and intends to marry Elizabeth BRICKILL
of Halton in the Parish of Runcorn in the County and Diocese of Chester aged twenty one Years and upwards, and a spinster
and he prayed a License to solemize the said Marriage in the Parish Church of Runcorn aforesaid. In which said Parish
the said William FRODSHAM further made Oath, That the said Elizabeth BRICKILL hath had her usual abode for the Space of Fifteen
Days now immediately preceding. And he further made Oath, That he believeth that there is no Impediment of kindered
or Alliance, or of any other lawful Cause, nor any Suit commenced in any Ecclesiastical Court, to bar or hinder the proceeding
of the said Matrimony according to the Tenor of the said License.
